      Everything else. Not fun working here and you will notice the high turnover.

      Hey, thanks for dropping in and leaving us some valuable feedback. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time with us. I would say it's safe to assume that not every situation is the best fit for everyone. I hope you did find something that better aligns with your work style. As for the turnover, we're actually pretty good compared to the rest of the tech industry. Having said that, we won't stop striving to be a lot better. We don't like comparing ourselves to other tech companies as much as our high self-imposed standards. I'm glad you enjoyed the snacks and the lunches, especially the tacos.       Pros

      Free full stocked kitchen, nice office, some co-workers are friendly, and close to the beach.

      Cons

      No direction from upper management, team leaders that do not know how to lead, you can smell the self-entitled when you walk past any manager.
