I can't think of any right now.

Cons

Haven't had a raise in over five years. Employees are completely demoralized. All support services are centralized and then gutted to the point of failure to save money. Morale is so low, no one cares anymore, no one takes pride in what they do.

Poor management, no employee loyalty, pay is is really poor compared to expectations which are truly set during interview, first day of work or thereafter.

Opportunity to broaden skills, ok salary but not if you consider the hours you must work.

Cons

Upper level Management is clueless and desires to stay that way. Benefits are almost nill and continue to spiral down. I expect that next coming year there will be zero health benefits. We almost don't have any now unless something catastrophic happens because the deductible is so high and everything including Prescriptions are subject to the deductible. The continual decrease in workforce as well as "restructuring" causes what used to be a 40 hr workweek to be an 80 hr workweek and still the job isn't done.
