Company is really trying to give you opportunity to concentrate on your work, eliminating all distractions: you get equipment you need, office is comfortable, dining room inside office, ... I liked the team I worked with, excellent professionals and nice guys. Very good health insurance plan, dentist included.

Cons

Not highest possible salary for the industry. High workload, I left because I burnt out trying to keep up with the guys. May be my personal problem.

If you are junior or if you need money. I don't know about other things sorry.

Cons

Yandex has very stupid management. There are many people who are aggressive. Some people are xenophobes against Ukrainians. It does not bother management because money is the priority goal.
