      Nice team, interesting problems, helpful office manager. Great experience with big systems. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Complicated deployment process, some internal processes are not very well adapted for English-speakers. Software development practices vary between the teams.

      Amazing people, interesting projects, lots to learn and experience, independence. One of the best companies I've ever worked for in my life.

      Lack of guidance. Need more feedback from manager. Lack of clarity when it comes to fin ancial/hiring side of things
