      Great specialists, some unique technologies to work with, like YT. Nice perks and office.

      Cons

      See advice to Management. There are some projects that compete with each other AND some well-known and popular solutions, and that leads to disambiguation on what tools should you use. Sometimes you just don't know what is "the way we do X" because there are several ways each having some support from devtools huys, and nobody knows which support will be dropped in future and which will not.

      Social benefits of a big company with relaxed atmosphere of a startup. Opportunity to see how business operates from different angles since you are going to work closely with lots of other departments.

      Depending on your team, it may be very small scope of work, little responsibilities but a lot of routine work. All depends on your department.
