      Pros

      Brilliant engineers around, interesting projects, new ideas and challenges every day. Excellent conditions, good salary and social guarantees, cool infrastructure. Right place to learn something, get experience and try to create useful products.

      Cons

      Hard working. Bad work/life balance. Some bosses are jerks :) Increasing bureaucracy. To be honest it's difficult to say something really bad about Yandex.

      + Best software engineers in the country. + Good compensation and technical management. + Excellent office space and HR department.

      Cons

      - No relocation to other countries. - There are a lot of boring tasks in some departments and rotation is difficult. - Bad technical infrastructure, but it's improving.
