Pros

Overall it is most ideal work place because a lot of projects and hard technical tasks. Also good infrastructure around but almost all things are home-brewed.

Cons

Some managers not so much qualified, some people communication is not kind, small salary. Last year company cut off almost all bonuses for employees.
