      One of the best place to work in Russia. Keep in mind that since Yandex is a pretty big company working conditions in different divisions may vary greatly 1) Interesting projects 2) On high levels very competitive salary 3) Skilled colleagues

      Keep in mind that since Yandex is a pretty big company working conditions in different divisions may vary greatly 1) On low levels salary is not so good 2) Work-life balance is awful sometimes 3) I think that while company is great with technologies, it really lacks good marketing and product management
