      Pros

      1. Probably the best company in Russia for engineers. Certainly the best one in Saint Petersburg. 2. Salary may seem average-ish, but with all the benefits is actually decent. 3. I made a lot of friends here, most of my colleagues share my views on life and culture.

      Cons

      1. No engineering offices in Europe :( You can't keep your job if you ever want to change country.

      - A lot of skilled professionals, helps you up your professional skills and grow - Interesting projects, something to apply your ML/algorithmic knowledge. - The company really seems to care about you. Shows in stuff like children presents, benefits package for your family, bike parking spots etc - Compensation package is more then adequate for good performers.

      Cons

      - Internal services infrastructure: it is awful at times, no documentation, and people are forced to use it
