      Pros

      Fantastic motivated peoople that share same values. High level of expertise. Great social benefits - food, health insurance, nice office, good technical support. You work for a company that maket the world a better place to live.

      Cons

      Some departments have been growing too fast recently, so average level of employees decreases. as well as avrage level of corporate and moral culture. Specialistis other than programmers are often underpaid compared to the market.

      Pros

      Awesome offices, badass professional colleagues. Intranet infrastructure and internal tools are extremely usable and practical. Social package and compensations worth mentioning, they are quite good.

      Cons

      too many discussions of everything and sometimes too many politics instead of development. As company grew up to several thousands employees and passed IPO the startup culture started to vanish
