Pros

Brilliant engineers around, interesting projects, new ideas and challenges every day. Excellent conditions, good salary and social guarantees, cool infrastructure. Right place to learn something, get experience and try to create useful products.

Cons

Hard working. Bad work/life balance. Some bosses are jerks :) Increasing bureaucracy. To be honest it's difficult to say something really bad about Yandex.

Cons

Management is really poor. Lot's of bureaucracy and if your work does not relate to the search engine you are considered as the lowest sort of employee.
