      Pros

      Flexible working hours also there is a home office system which means it is some kind of easy money. If you work more you earn more. There is only a bottom limit.

      Cons

      They do not care about employees. What is more, they do not make any explanations about any change about the work. And lastly (sadly), they are always right!

      Pros

      Good food, good snacks, interesting tasks. Lots of cool people to work with. Competitive salary, good bonuses, lots of career perspectives

      Cons

      The main con is that the company is located in Russia. Also it is a very big company, so you should expect some burocracy.
