      Best office ever, great eating options (+ food compensation), great people, great corporate culture

      Pros

      - Good people around, motivates to grow - Relaxed atmosphere, nice office - Little paperwork and little bureaucracy (most of the documents needed are prepared automatically by intranet services) - More or less free schedule on some positions as long as you get your stuff done. You can work from home some days a week if your boss is okay with that.

      Cons

      - The salaries are not indexed, only if you become more skilled and do more complex stuff - Some working tools could be better documented - Not exactly Yandex problem, but recent Internet laws may hurt company business and worsen the its situation

      Russia's number one search engine, a lot of users, a lot of experienced colleges. Different products: browser, search, maps, market and so on.

      Cons

      There are many different teams, and sometimes one team doesn't know what other team does, so they can do the same things.
