Pros
- great culture. Focus on building awesome products, not on politics - smart people around. Great place to learn and share ideas - solid and innovative technology. - impact. Yandex in many ways shape the way Russian Internet will look tomorrow - great working conditions. Office, food, etc
Cons
It's hard not to like Yandex. The only downsides I see are related to the fact that Yandex grew big quite fast. I tend to think this problems are temporary. So: - sharing knowledge between the teams is often ineffective - slow to react due to the number of people involved
