      Yandex have cool problems to solve, a lot of self-made services. Office is nice and health insurance is great,

      Comfortable office: work space, rest rooms, canteens and sorry for this detail, toilets. Democratic corporative atmosphere.

      In my case these are: no way to grows and focus to one technology. Lots of routines.
