      Now is a good company, several years before was the best

      Pros

      Lots of new projects written from scratch. It's very interesting to work here as a software developer. Good atmosphere inside company. Free food, good offices, free schedule.

      Cons

      Low salary. Yandex has lost its geek culture. Now it is company of managers. It's very difficult to move between projects.
