      Depends on the project you get in. There are a lot of really interesting projects with high load systems requiring good skills which is great.

      - a lot of freedom and minimal micromanaging - free lunches and lots of micro kitchens - new office has its own identity and good location - flexible start/end time - great atmosphere and people - generally good work life balance
