Pros

- Great place to learn more about fashion and to keep up with the latest runway/ ready to wear trends - Good people - Good for Students looking to start out in fashion - Great segway to higher/ larger scale brands and companies

Cons

- Unreasonable annual goals which lead to pressure on Store Managers and translates to employees - Rude treatment of customers reciprocated from management - Head Office is too high up in the ladder to see what happens in stores - In-store management condemns manager reviews - Staff expected to help customers, file stock, replenish stock, run products back to the sales floor and check sizes for minimum wage

Pros

Meet a lot of diverse customers and employees creating good friendships and relationships, I loved the clothes I sold making me a good seller

Cons

VERY poor management. No organization whatsoever. No appreciation and a lot of disrespect towards employees. Schedules were a roller coaster with one week having 40 hours and another week having 16. A lot of favoritism, and promoting unqualified employees. HR didn't care about employees below management. Managers wanted your life to focus around Zara.
