-sometimes the region managers and managers leaders gives staff too much work that causes staffs to clock out but wants to finish the job after timing out because even though they give overtime they really don't want any staff to go overtime.

-need better training for leaders and staffs
-Schedule changes last minute and very strict with how we try to call
Ex: I'm calling through wifi only so using LINE wasn't good even though we are required to add the Zara group.
