Pros

One of the best salaries in retail. Diverse team. Possibility to grow within the company is there if you want it.

Cons

During sale periods it can get crazy busy. The working schedule is unhealthy - one day you finish at 10pm and the next day you have to start at 8am.

Cons

Heavy working hours without enough time to rest, low opportunity of carrer and leadership development compare with other corporation jobs as an equally compensation level

Pros

-Hourly wage is decent, considering the fact that retail employees aren't paid as well -Most customers are very kind and understanding -Coworkers and Managers are friendly and outgoing -Uniform given so you won't have to worry about what to wear, as you most likely would work many days per week -Opportunities for growth: many opportunities to be come assistant managers or leaders of the store's departments by starting out as a sales associate or cashier -Coworkers willing to help you learn as much as you can when starting out -Long hours, which means more pay

Cons

-During sale times, the store is literally trashed by the customers, and cleaning the store takes hours -Long hours on your feet: at the end of your shift your body will ache -Customers trash the fitting room by trying on 20+ items then throwing them anywhere when they are done trying them on: some employees live in the fitting room because it is so busy -Many duties to do at once: once your schedule is made, you are given one task to do, but considering that there is so much to do, and other employees don't do their assigned tasks, you end up doing something completely different -Small 15% discount and Commission given after Introductory period
