      ZARA is a stepping-stone job to use as a reference to be hired by other high-end retail stores.

      Pros

      It gives you experience for corporate jobs. It's the same type of personalities at every job, from McDonald's to Prudential.

      Cons

      The discount is garbage. It's 15%. But Chicago Tax is 9.75%. Promotions are based on convenience, not skill set. Quality of life is not really important. You have to manipulate your availability to maintain your sanity.

      -in a big mall -mixture of nice and mean co-workers -steady and abundant hours

      Cons

      -lack of communication between management and employees regarding time off -no feedback or evaluation regarding your work -insufficient training adds to the stress of the job -terrible customer service encouraged by management -condescending and rude co-workers and management -you don't work as a team, it is every man for himself

      the clothes are sometimes worth working there and meeting of interesting and diverse people

      you find out alot of clothes are damaged and they still put them on the floor
