Pros

International working environment and projects. Changes between different countries are possible. Can speak with top management on the same eyes level.

Cons

Chaotic management with lack of competence and strategic thinking. Political environment. Management Changes each 6-12 months. People are promoted based on working years or friendships in the company and not on skills. Missing elementary processes and disaster IT environment. Projects are finalized at all, deadlines is unknown word HR is visible on the day you sign and resign only. No any competence or support. You are just A number. Employees are lead by criticism and not by motivation.

Good Salary for the area Location is good for those who enjoy nature and skiing Good Social Benefits

Cons

People are promoted based on how long they have been in the company and who in the right positions they know rather than on performance. As such we have a very incompetent middle management who do not know how to do the basic management functions- strategy, team management, budgeting, delegation. There are no well developed processes within the company. That is why projects are late to completion, conflict is the name of the game instead of collaboration and people can get away with not accomplishing much. This is led from the top where strategy is unclear and communicated poorly. Execution then becomes secondary and so typically this is why the company is in this position.
