India tech hub is the second home of the incompetent people let go by Sapient. You will find these arrogant people making majority of the teams. It's impossible to work with them. You can still deal with incompetency to a certain extent but their attitude towards non-sapient people will make you regret you decision to join Adidas. Their narcissistic top leader is also from Sapient. And don't you believe what HR says during recruitment, they are a marketing company, they know very well how to sell lies. Once you join the India tech hub, you'll feel like you work for Adibas, not Adidas. If you challenge them, they will make sure they ruin your career. And forget about making any friends there, everyone is mean and part of the same Sapient fabric. Their entire leadership team comes from Sapient and they run the company like an illuminati circle, if you dont follow their orders you are doomed. They will make you suffer and humiliate you in public. You will cry but no one will come to your aid....absolutely no one. The global team knows everything but is least bothered. There is absolutely no reason in this world for which you should join this organization....don't you get misguided by the 5 star reviews, they are all planted.
