Tech hub startup culture. Leadership and management is new who do not even know how to use Microsoft Teams at its best, don't know how and whom to send meeting invites. Their communication and listening skills sucks. Lack of experience in product based companies. They just talk big words but don't have power to take actions . Depend a lot on German management. New management themselves do not understand Adidas culture but trying to run TechHub as per culture of their previous companies and experience. There is instability in company in terms of technology, career and organization Structure. Colleagues are just full of egoes and attitude and disrespectful. Lack of humanity & professionalism. Advice is if you have other offers in hand, think twice before joining Adidas TechHub.
