Pros

You get a discount of clothes.

Cons

Verbally, emotionally abusive. Threaten you with your job. You're forced to work through your lunches. The supervisor assaulted you and your HR department does zero to help you

Pros

Great product, strong product resources (material suppliers, factory partners, etc. will work twice as hard to accommodate the brand), three-stripes holds alot of weight in the product world, brand has unmatched heritage.

Cons

Extremely heirarchial. Lower level does not make any decisions, even the most basic simple product decisions are all made at a higher level. Most at adidas HQ in Germany have no other experience, so they all think adidas is the be-all/end all. Most HQ employees inexperienced and most expats used quite a bit as being an engine for the inexperienced Germans to manage. It is impossible to move up in this company if you are non-German. They also do not know what diversity means yet.
