      You are thrown away in an instant without remorse or a second of thought. You cannot and should not trust a word the CEO Ralph Kotterer says. This has been proven time and time again.

      Great and big company. Young people, nice atmosphere to work. Social benefits (cantine, sports, sales to employees). Interenting job with people from several nationalities

      Cons

      No real career opportunities. Not easy to promote, specially of you are not At HQ. Bad and weak Senior Management, lot of positions there with people doing nothing. Outsourcing replacing internal positions

      Pros

      Great team, and pleasant atmosphere. You have a chance of developing your skills, but you have to do a lot on your own, and be self-taught. Don't expect much mentoring unless you are really lucky. Cool discount, and a great campus (unless you work in IT).

      Cons

      Career growth is limited and adidas prefers hiring external people. Trusts agencies more than its own people which I find ridiculous. Very political and often not transparent on how things happen. HR is practically there to serve the top, and not the common folk. You will rarely see any good initiatives coming from them.
