Pros

Medical Benefits, Exposure, Good Incentives

Cons

I failed to understand the priorities of the organisation as when I joined initially it focused on employee grooming and quality. A quarter later it turned out to be completely opposite of that. However, I did understand the change of management but surprised to see so much of nepotism in the organisation. It really doesn’t matter how skilled you are, if the management likes you. Boom! You are up there. I have literally seen Area Managers abusing on zoom calls and using filthy words. I felt like I am working at a mismanaged group of people who just want to micromanage their subordinates. I have not seen any international organisation like that! Where it’s completely fine to be abusive to the subordinates. It’s a nice company to work with if you just want to pay off your bills and pass your day!

Pros

Nice brand and physical products, good corporate experience to have, some nice colleagues, good experience for a little while

Cons

- Intense pressure and little recognition of success from senior management - expectation to produce vast quantities of work with poorly executed notice (emails at 11pm or 5am expecting new work to be delivered the following morning) - very political atmosphere with lack of autonomy - lack of product strategy ownership - career development opportunities are not as expected or promised - no training budget

Terrible management

Pros

Benefits. Flexible time. Great brand. Great discounts.

Cons

Management. Work life balance. Not all of management is bad. Impossible workloads and that obviously reflects as poor performance. Management seems to be more worried about projects than actually managing anything. The way some managers speak to their people is sad to say the least. If management is not changed I worry about the future of the company. Strong employees keep a business running but management missed that memo. There is no room to advance. Some managers have been in the same position for so long that they are comfortable mistreating people as there are no consequences. High turnover in some areas as there is no incentive to stay. Companies in the area offer higher pay and treat employees better.
