Mixed culture, outwardly it appears "fun" and "inclusive" however there is an underlying current of fear and insecurity.

Organization is not clear. They went through many re-organization and is still not working well as it's real headquarter is in Germany which still want to have tight control of everything without understanding of regional market and cultures.
