Company managed by directionless, incompetent management in the most inefficient manner.

It does not reward the person who is deserving ,hardworking and bringing profits in millions ,rather it rewards the people who wag their tails around higher-ups.People who are highly qualified and experienced are denied promotions and hike in salaries due to dirty internal politics.Not only that THE HR(human resources) machinery is absolutely failure,no transparency in their dealings and the dealings of the higher ups......if this goes on the company will shut very soon.This company is not worth of any stars.Some managers do not even have a single successful project to their credit and yet drawing bonuses......do these higher ups really deserve bonusBack stabbing is killing the work culture.
