      Good pay and growth opportunities overshadowed by poor management

      Good pay, good increment, good space for self growth, good benefit, your rights as an employee is good

      Cons

      The manager I had was HORRIBLE. He was incompetent, weak, no leadership skill, micromanage, and favouritism. My final year at the company was horrible, it affected my mental health and my self worth. Tired of giving chances because I have good friends there. Finally said enough, and applied for another job.
