Good work life balance, nice colleagues, flexible working hours, home office possible, nice working environment

Cons

No clear communication between management and employees, very bad working climate - gossip, nobody knows where company is going since new management board, no training possibilities, promotions unreachable

However, we are really sorry to read, that you would not recommend our company further. We are continuously working on further development activities concerning our company-wide communication, which remains a high priority goal. Our career paths and training possibilities are created in alignment with the departments and we will soon introduce new career paths as well as an improved career path process. there should be more flexibility for the employees the idea that the salary is higher than it should be and the expectation do to extra 150 hours a year in overtime due to the inclusive contracts
