      Pros

      Rational salary package and allowances, helpful colleagues (but this is dependent on the department). Management team stay in touch with the employees with frequent and scheduled updates, announcements. I find that the company also take good care of its employees' welfare - i.e.: sponsoring the essentials during the pandemic

      some processes might take longer than expected; otherwise it is quite a good place to work
