      Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your current position as a senior staff NPI program manager at our location in Singapore. With flexible working models, part-time and working from home arrangements we want to promote every colleague with a large range of offers to balance their work and life. Your feedback shows us that we are on the right track. However, you also mention some critiques. Our vision is to become the uncontested leader in optical solutions. To achieve this goal, we are currently analysing synergy and optimization potential within our organization.
