      More Cons than Pros

      Good benefit (I'm required to key in at least 5 words but i can't think of other points hence this sentence in bracket).

      Cons

      Working mode not well established. Working culture could be much better. Redundant meetings. Most people don't dare to make decision / assumption (too afraid at customer). Poor reports review by managers. Poor logic in handling issues. Probably needs more capable managers. Btw "DOE" is not simply few experiment conditions listed in matrix table. "DOE" is more than that so just call your plan as "Experiment".
