Somewhat good in Benefits like Qtr Bonus , Yearly contractual Bonus.

Cons

Politics and Management involve your own matter to decided whether you need to proceed or not. it impacts your personal life and unnecessary stress. No WFH policy and they always control you and does not matter about your personal life and all they matters only deliverables.
