      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Almost everyone who works in this company is rude and very unprofessional. Employees gossip about one another during their lunch breaks. Upper management are not even present in the Markham office location. They will keep adding to your work load and when you speak up about getting too much work, they'll simply tell you that they will not be hiring new employees any time soon so live with it. When you start working here you will get no training whatsoever and they will expect you to learn their own process on your own.

      Pros

      Not sure about all departments but Test department in AMK and Wdlands is headed by most unqualified and political management . Hiring unqualified individuals who will not be a threat to managements lack of understanding , and everything done by vendor and customer . Office is just a hosting place for vendor and customer . No internal development of team .

      Cons

      Same as above , seen in a different way . Nothing can be learnt or developed by working here . Just a broker between customer and vendor . Any display of individual intelligence will make management give you bad appraisal to prevent u from growing in the company . Promotions will depend on ones race and nationality .
