I got a Free Cup when the stock spun from Siemens!

Cons

Poor Management all the way down, parts of the Company compete against themselves and have no problem throwing you under the bus, If you want to work in a place with a bunch of people with College degrees in Philosophy trying to manage a Technical product/Service they know nothing about this is the place for you. People were laughing in the background as the laid off 900+ on a Conference call.

Pros

Decent pay, niclecy waxed floors, functioning rest rooms, you get to take at least two of your three mandatory breaks. And you get to use vacation time to allow the company to shutdown equipment when they screw up the schedule

Cons

Overkill hours, poor training, management is oblivious to the world around them. The good ole boys club is in full effect. This place is circling the drain.

Downsized quite a lot from good times in 2019. More dedication from remaining people.

Cons

No clear direction to profitability. Leadership heavy on OSRAM side which is already on path to death before bought over by ams.
