      Low wage, terrible HR department, but good place if you wanna learn new skills

      Pros

      Decent design, DV team. Hardworking, old fashioned people in these teams.

      Cons

      Short-sighted management with a heavy Euro-centric mentality leading to indecisionand confusion. Bad benefits program, cant even compare to smaller companies here in our USA. Again, the union mindset kicks in. Very few open and honest thinking people in positions of power. Very few active money generating projects. Youngsters come and go, and don't stick around due to immensely low benefits and compensation. If only their retention policy and benefits were better, it would be a decent place with actual growth and free thinking.

      Pros

      Working on niche area, cool tech with decent dominance. Innovation is enhancing life experiences.

      Cons

      Management is not having solid long term roadmaps, just riding to survive. Boasts of great financial doings, but that doesn't reflect accordingly in hikes, bonuses. No benefits to employees. No standard processes in place, bureaucratic - slow paced. Very bad immigration policy, wonder if HR department care about employees immigration status. There were instances of cancelling H1B Visa of an individual still being employed and showing least of concern about blunder. Puts employees under stress; playing around immigration status. Operating style doesn't match global standards. There is always a vibe of Sinking ship!

      Intresting place to work, but...

      Pros

      interesting technology and lots of intellectual freedom within limits. Good benefits. Decent worklife balance out of crunch time.

      Cons

      concerns about company ethics, very short-term thinking, high turnover with no visible effort to retain talent, environment can be back-stabby. Treating immigrant hires as expendable and expecting them to leave when immigration status is achieved. as a transfer from another company, the lack of a corporate outreach of any kind is troubling.
