      Good work life balance but non competitive pay and almost nil progression.

      Good work life balance at start, good colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Constant re-organisation, changing boss 4 times in first 2 years. Very poor benefit and worst it keep getting slashed. Almost nil career progression at all. Very unfair bonus payout to engineer and staff engineer. New engineer come in with lesser experience get significant higher salary.
