      Pros

      Well organized, a lot of training and development possibilities. Good work/life balance. Part time, flexible hours, home office are just some of the possibilities.

      Cons

      You climb the ladder only if you take it up on yourself. Your superiors won't propose anything by themselves. Atmosphere changed in the last years due to difficult business and poor management decisions.

      Great working environment, good set-ups for engineers, new and advanced instruments.

      Cons

      higher management people are terrible, dumb n foolish. Don't know what to do, just making big bucks by doing unethical work and telling lots of stories to Germans.
