Working with challenges with rump-up volume of OSL and ASIC products. Crisis in semicon means career opportunities and trainings with positive colleagues.

Cons

As a pioneer employee, I am from Maintenance, then TPE and then became Lead TPE.

I worked for Osram Sylvania for a little over 11 years and was laid off when the maintenance side of the business was closed down.

Pros

Opportunity to move positions. Some very intelligent people.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know the business. There are a lot of "Chiefs" and not enough Indians if you know what I mean. Not a team type of company- everyone is out for themselves. Upper management likes to bully employees and use scare tactics to keep them around.
