Stable company (but might change soon) Relaxed atmosphere (driven by technology / PhD's)

Cons

No vison, No strategy, just looking at the market leader and trying to copy. Copy cat behavior is not stimulating. No trust in eachother. Atmosphere rapidly detoriated after new CEO (W. Dehen) got on board. EXTREMELY poor HR management Restructuring on restructuring. Starting new wave before the previous one was executed/completed. Extremely Germany centric. Managed by spreadsheets and lists to fill out.....
