      Pros

      - Great colleagues, best I could wish for still in contact. - Great direct manager - Flexible and work life balance - HR team is responsive and responsible, best of the best.

      Cons

      -The entire focus shifted towards OSRAM product and this goal is not aligned with SG site focus, and honestly it's not looking good. -Retrenchment perhaps still on-going and many forced leave. -Think trice or more before joining for SG site. However, it's a whole different story for their site in Kulim, Malaysia.

      Limited career growth, Profit sharing across the level and no performance bonus. All eligible for same payout no matter good / bad performance

      Sad to see this after OSRAM acquisition

      -Work life balance -Clean environment, friendly colleagues -Less politic issue -Good Salary

      Cons

      -Many things control by Top management especially certain repair vendor been selected by him and keep using the same one. -All the Manager need to listen to him. -Top Management should direct us and move into bigger picture yet giving RA training instead. -No canteen in 3 site and no subsidies meal allowance.
