      Good benefits but lack of training

      Pros

      Benefits include GP, more annual leaves than the usual 14 days and even have specialist claim.

      Cons

      Lack of system integration between HQ and Asia sites, causing delay in information. Management are not willing to accept mistakes from other department at times. Communications are not clear. Lots of blaming.
