      Pros

      friendly and helpful colleagues with solid technical knowledge, could be interesting for fresh graduates to start career and learn things. good work-life balance.

      Cons

      very conservative culture and mindset. no career path, no chance for promotion and salary increase, does not appreciate the value of the employees although the company claims so. poor salary. Not recommendable for those who have already certain seniority and look for career development.

      at six o'clock every body leave the place No harsh on work and research data. Not too bad salary

      Cons

      the reason of the pro is there is no management in the company working on same development project for six years and lost direction Since there is no profit made, there is no better expectation.

      Pros

      dynamic, growing company, interesting technology, constantly improving product portfolio, international exposure, global work environment, public. A good place to work, very nice co workers. solid finances.

      Cons

      constant change, management changes quite frequently, company has a size in the industry which makes it a merger or aquisition candidate which can lead to a drastic change.
