Pros

It was fun. It was like real-life game, having to pick up food and deliver at a given spot within a given time. Nice community with the other workers

Cons

It is not as flexible as they tell you. You apply for shifts with many others and then they make a selection.

Team Manager - Service Operations

Business Outlook

Pros

- Flat hierarchy, - Corporate benefits on good brands (Zalando, Samsung, JBL, and many others) - Very good work environment - Human approach from Lower to High Management

Cons

- Customer Service is not in HQ but in another office in Berlin, which creates a division between customer service and other departments. - Salary is lower than other companies - No late shift bonuses, even though it is the core of the business since most order are placed in evenings and week ends - Week-end bonus could be improved, only 10% sounds like a joke.
