Pros

Nice Colleagues that should just something else with their life.

Cons

At the job interview they offer you 30 minutes legal break with 8 hours of work.. well that is not the case at this SLAVE factory, apparently you are not allowed to take your break or take breaks what so ever not even to do your necessities..training was very evasive 2 days was nothing, and the trainer was constantly busy with her own work... so there was no way you learn anything .. They put you on the phone to talk to restaurants and customers without you knowing about anything and they just expect.. you are confronted with managers and other managers who come tell you what to do and they go off expecting you know to do your job out of thin air!! very disappointed ! after 3 weeks they take me separately and say hey because you use your work time for personal needs we need to let you go. You are going too much at the toilet and to drink water.. what excuse me??? 3 times a day to use the bathroom is too much??? and how about our legal break???? or is that said in the interview just to be said... I observed nobody in that contact center takes their break they just work continuously eat in front of the computer while working.. well I am sorry but is not my style PLUS you support MCDONALD'S THE DEVIL! no wonder you don't care for anybody but how much money you make ... and another reason after i spoke up about legal breaks that my language skills are not good enough cause I got one complaint ONE ! from a guy who was probably put there to call me by you with a stupid question! why is there a price difference from the restaurant to foodora plus other delivery costs?? WELL BECAUSE FOODORA ARE THIEVES!!!! I should consider a law suit for not letting me have my breaks and implying a reason to fire me my human basic needs!! NEVER WORK HERE PEOPLE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND THEY ARE LIARS!!!
