Pros
You will get you hands dirty and you will have ownership of what you are doing. How you perform and what you do is up to you. You aslo feel you have impact - comapny is already pretty big but still the size allows that you can focus on your part of the cake and make it better without being only small part in the whole system. Being part of Delivery Hero holding there is also access to knowledge sharing between different companies. Flexibility with working hours. Access to software you need. Awesome people. Management is pretty open for any input as far as it's thought trough and reasonable.
Cons
It always feel like on a highway with great speed. Difficult to manage healthy time relation. Office is loud.
