Pros

Pretty flexible scheduling for couriers, great pay and fun part time job, ability to go at your own pace if you want take it easy or hustle, great community

Cons

Too much oversight from the German offices causes problems + lack of transparency for the Toronto team, problems with app could cause headaches

Very data driven company with ability to focus. There are always problems to be solved as well as new challenges overcome.

Cons

Super young & inexperienced colleagues (but at least, ambitious). Quite toxic politics. High turnover exploitation, insecurity of employees, & instability of structure.
