Good stepping stone job to teach you operations basics.

Cons

Poor management, they could care less about keeping people. The only people who move up brown nose their way into a new position. No set standards for everyone. Lowest pay in area and they’re content with a revolving door or employees. Also look out for yourself, they cut corners on safety CONSTANTLY, anything to keep production.

I loved working at Voestapine . I worked as a gatekeeper ( inspector) for 4 months before Covid shut us down . It was a very good company to work for . The pay was great and I felt very included .

Cons

The only con was that our staffing company wasn't called back after reopening .
